Women’s Skill Development
Zain Agha Foundation plans to establish Industrial Homes for Women to provide safe and supportive spaces for vocational training, productive work, and income-generating activities. The initiative will particularly support women who have limited employment opportunities or want to develop practical skills.
Vocational Training & Production
The Industrial Homes may provide training in stitching, embroidery, handicrafts, clothing production, small-scale manufacturing, and other suitable vocational activities. Women will have opportunities to improve their skills, understand basic production processes, and explore ways to turn their abilities into sustainable sources of income.
Economic Empowerment
The program aims to promote women’s economic participation, dignity, confidence, and financial independence. By providing practical skills and work opportunities, Zain Agha Foundation seeks to help women contribute to household income and become more self-reliant.
