Zain Agha Foundation plans to establish a Women’s Work Hub as a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where women can develop professional skills and explore employment opportunities. The hub will support women who want to work, learn new skills, start small businesses, or develop independent sources of income.
Skills, Freelancing & Entrepreneurship
The hub may provide training and workspace for stitching, handicrafts, digital work, freelancing, graphic designing, e-commerce, online business, entrepreneurship, and other suitable activities. Women will also receive guidance related to professional development, basic business planning, and digital platforms.
Financial Independence
The initiative aims to create practical pathways toward financial independence and professional growth. Women will be encouraged to strengthen their skills, build confidence, and develop sustainable income opportunities while contributing positively to their families and communities.
