Community & Humanitarian Skills
The training will cover areas such as community engagement, communication, case management, basic counseling principles, volunteer management, disaster response, beneficiary support, documentation, ethical welfare practices, and community-based problem solving. Participants will learn practical approaches for identifying needs and supporting vulnerable communities.
